The Kitchen is located on the central level of the building (R+1).

Its missions are:

  • Collection, cleaning and redistribution of dishes in the laboratories
  • Autoclaving of custom solutions
  • Realization of LB media
  • Preparation of LB/Agar petri dishes with or without ampicilin or kanamycin
  • Collection and treatment of cell culture waste

The person in charge of the service is Véronique Gire (CRCN INSERM)
