The CRBM’s administrative teams, headed by the General Secretary, support the unit’s management in steering and optimizing resources in the areas of finance, human resources management, training, health and safety, real estate and logistics, partnerships, project development and value enhancement.
The General Secretary provides organizational, budgetary, HR, legal, technical and infrastructure support for the implementation of the department’s strategy, and oversees its operational implementation.
The Administration and Human Resources department handles HR administration for permanent and non-permanent staff, teaching interns and all visitors to the laboratory. The department is responsible for the financial management of credits from the CNRS and the University of Montpellier, the two supervisory bodies of the CRBM.
The Finance and Accounting Department is responsible for the financial management of the entire process of expenses, missions, purchase cards and inventories, mainly from research team contracts. It also ensures the financial justification of contracts.
